My grandfather gave my mom and I our first computer when I was a kid. I remember going through all of the settings, changing everything and seeing what happened. Naturally I messed that computer up pretty good, and eventually I learned how to fix it on my own.
Since then I’ve learned to code and built software projects, I’ve learned how to build and troubleshoot computer networks and servers, I learned how to keep learning and then I worked at it for the next 13 years. Now I work as senior technician and customer service manager for a local consulting outfit.
Thanks grandma and grandpa!

This includes costing, budget management, coordinating with and scheduling technical resources, and assuring that the customer is kept in the loop the entire way through
- Software development experience with a variety of languages, primarily C# and JavaScript (NodeJS, Express, Angular, etc)
- Experience implementing MikroTik, EnGenius, Ubiquiti and really whatever else is on hand to build practical, easy to use and secure networks
- Experience with Windows Server (Active Directory, DHCP/DNS, network file shares, group policy, etc)

- Web experience, I guess we’ll say. I know about DNS, what you need to change from one email provider to another. What to do to move your website from one hosting company to another. Or one backend to another. All of the things that piss people off about running websites I know about and can probably help with
